We all love new car news here at Hall Honda Virginia Beach. Our latest
batch of news covers one of our favorite automaker's most popular models, the
2019 Honda Civic. Spy shots of the face-lifted 2019 Honda Civic Type R, the
sporty version of the vehicle had previously leaked, but now the automaker is
giving us a full look at the upcoming Honda Civic.
The exterior changes aren’t overly drastic, but here at your Virginia
Beach, VA Honda dealership, we think it adds just enough to make the new model
feel fresh. A new piano black upper fascia combines with a restyled lower front
fascia, bumper, and lower grille to give it a sharp look. Also part of the new
design is a full-width front splitter, chrome side accents, and new lights with
an LED option.
Exterior changes aren’t the only new thing about the Honda Civic as the
automaker has included a brand new Honda Civic Sport trim. This trim sits
between the base 2019 Honda Civic LX and mid-level EX trims. The Sport trim
separates itself from the others by replacing the chrome accents with gloss
black ones. It also includes larger 18-inch wheels and a center-mounted
exhaust. The trim is powered by a naturally aspirated 2.0-liter four-cylinder
engine with 158 horsepower.
Inside, the 2019 Honda Civic
upgrades the interior with a new and updated 7-inch infotainment display, with
a volume knob that replaces the slider in the 2018 model. The vehicle is also
safer thanks to the implementation of the standard Honda Sensing® technology.
The safety suite adds features like collision mitigation braking and lane
departure warning.
The 2019 Honda Civic will arrive at our Virginia Beach Honda dealership
soon. In the meantime, visit us at 3516 Virginia Beach Blvd today for all
other Honda model needs.
